			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nordplus IP Music Laboratory THE PROCESS is an educational project aimed at strengthening and development Nordic-Baltic cultural co-operation by training students of composition in multinational environment, promotion of creative collaboration between young composers and musicians by presenting musical works, composed and performed during the PROCESS, to the wider audience in Nordic and Baltic countries.</p>
<p>PROCESS takes place in Vilnius from April 16 till 29, 2012. First project week includes lectures, individual tutorials by international team of professors of composition<strong>s</strong> (see lecturers) and individual creative processes by students. Second week will be mostly focused on practical workshops with musicians &#8211; percussion ensemble and string quartet (see performers), rehearsals, concerts and CD recordings, but still includes several lectures and individual tutorials (see schedule).</p>
<p>The Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre is a co-ordinating institution of the PROCESS.  Partners are:  <strong>Royal Danish Academy of Music </strong>(Denmark), <strong>Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre </strong>(Estonia), <strong>Sibelius Academy </strong>(Finland), <strong>School of Music of Tampere University of Applied Sciences </strong>(Finland), <strong>Iceland Academy of the Arts, Department of Music </strong>(Iceland), <strong>Latvian Academy of Music </strong>(Latvia), <strong>Grieg Academy </strong>(Norway), <strong>Norwegian Academy of Music </strong>(Norway), <strong>Institute of Music and Media of the Lulea University of Technology </strong>(Sweden), <strong>Malmö Academy of Music </strong>(Sweden), <strong>Royal College of Music in Stockholm </strong>(Sweden).</p>
